Everything about this company went as smooth as silk. I got an estimate and follow up call asking if I had questions. This estimate is what the price was. A few things were added without an addition charge. Once the time was set, the men arrived on time every day. The day started with the head man explaining what would be accomplished and a recap and agenda at the end of the day what would be accomplished the next day. This was a 4 day project. I was really pleased with the respect shown to me at all times as they worked in my house.. they also did an excellent job cleaning up at the end of the project. There is no hesitation about recommending this company for a remediation job.

This is my first time with mold removal and the company did a superb job. He had excellent reviews, and I wanted to add to the great reviews. He removed a very serious mold problem, this was an extremely detailed job. He came by the same day, confirmed my worst fears and gave me a fair price,. The whole process took 7 to 10 days, but in those 10 days he left state of the art air purifying machines to assist with the mold clean up. After the 10 days the air purity was as good as you can get. it registered zero for mold , the mold problem was solved The owner is an extremely intelligent person. He is very knowledgeable and his work is very detailed. He is very courteous and professional. He is a US Navy Veteran 6 years as a nuclear repair and maintenance technician.

From the 1st visit, Khonsol was very polite,professional and honest. He made an assessment of my concern and provided a course of action at a reasonable price. There was no up-sale on any additional services just what I needed done. They were punctual on the day of my appointment and got right to work. I had a very minor mold concern in a small area so all was completed quickly. The area was left clean and I'm now ready to have the damaged wall and carpet repaired. Khonsol is an dedicated professional. He taught us more about mold than we ever cared to know, but it was well worth it. He explained everything about our problem, gave us his recommendations, and then did the job quickly, efficiently, and with utmost professionalism. I had four proposals for the mold remediation project, and while his was not the lowest, it was the most reasonable and most complete. He always answered all of our questions thoroughly. I hope I never have to do mold remediation again, but if I do I know who to call!

I was in a sticky situation with my landlord in regards to a serious mold problem in our newly rented house. (Moved in just a month ago) I put in a homeadvisor request late Wednesday night after the poor excuse of a remedy from the Landlord and Mold Metrix was out at 9am Thursday morning. He fully explained everything to us and the potential health concerns. He was prompt, very professional, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of his service. Very impressed!

I had two estimates. The first one quoted me $4800 for the work to be done. I found they gave me false information as to the severity of my mold issue. I decided to get a second opinion from Mold Metrix. They identified the problem for 1/4 of the price from the first company. Glad I got a second estimate!
