I hired Mancia Construction for the first time in 2016 to install a section of kitchen cabinet molding that my wife and I could not complete. Johnathan and his crew promptly showed up as he promised on the day of the project. What impressed me is his level of professional capabilities and how clean he completed the work. By the time he left, he cleaned the entire area that he was working, including outside porch where he was cutting the cabinet molding. Subsequently, this year, around March I contracted Johnathan to paint the outside of my house, remodel one bathroom, paint interior rooms, crown molding, and fixing the sagging porch roof. Marcia Construction, under Johnathan’s supervision is amazing to complete a perfect job, in a short time period, while staying on budget. The result of his work, has transformed my house! The crew are professional, and they do an excellent job with very reasonable price. I highly recommend Mancia Construction, and Johnathan who is an excellent carpenter/ builder!!

Johnathan and his team were contracted on multiple occasions for various work in our home. First, their team came in and finished remodeling our bathroom that a different contractor had started and did not finish properly which turned out fantastic. Secondly, Johnathan cleaned, repainted and refinished our front porch (complete with newly installed gutters). Finally, Johnathan and his team painted roughly 1000 sq ft of out living space - front room, dining room, living room, foyer, and kitchen. Johnathan came to our home, provided a prompt estimate, and was timely, courteous, and professional. I would definitely hire Johnathan again!
