OUTSTANDING SERVICES!!!  my Honda baby is back on the road and running smoother than before it broke down!  Chris of Mastercraft Car Care kept me advised of entire inspection and what's require to get the car up and running again.  I greatly appreciate being advised of PM services in priority order and estimated timeline for repair to keep with safety while driving.  Kathy provided a courtesy call to advise me with status on my vehicle just to to keep me tin the loop...I LOVE THIS SERVICE...truly love the excellent epitome of professionalism of Mastercraft Car Care services, and the personal friendly approach...I LOVE IT!!!!!

Chris is extremely honest and fair with his repair services. He keeps up-to-date on car repair--many of which is being able to diagnose the always changing computer systems in the newer cars. Very reliable.

Chris at Mastercraft (the owner), is a consummate professional who has performed outstanding service on my truck on several occasions. In this case, I could tell by the wear on my tires I need ball joints, and took the truck to him. It wasn't known if I needed uppers, lowers, or both, but I authorized the work because I trust his word. The truck was completed and ready exactly when he said it would be, and he only replaced the lower ball joints because the uppers were still in good shape. He could have changed them both, billed more labor and parts, and I would never have known, but he doesn't operate that way, and in my opinion, an honest mechanic is very rare and good to find. I've referred friends to him with the same experience. His prices are competitive, and price for me is not the only factor. I feel I have saved a lot of money over time not getting billed for things I don't need, and paying a fair price for what I did need.
