Mark Neal Real Estate Appraisals

I interviewed Mr. Neal per the relocation company's instructions. Neal said the market was strong for home sales. When he did the appraisal, his summary mentioned a "stable" and "balanced" forecast for home sales and undervalued my home (probably because the relocation company needs to make a profit and thereby providing a lower coast for my home to provide that profit). In his report, he omitted an additional bathroom in the basement and omitted three ceiling fans. His report also noted for the relocation company a need for repairs without details as to what was needed, while another appraisal noted no need for repairs. His researched showed home sales for like homes at higher prices, but still valued my home lower (again, the relocation company can then sell my home for these like sales prices and make $20k profit).
