Deck Support beams rotted out mold/ mildew throughout deck. I would not use this service provider again in the future.

Called the contractor back this past December because of mold and mildew coming up through the boards of the deck. contractor said it wasn't his fault it was the individual who pour the concrete around the deck. contacted another contractor and found that all of the porch floor support beams had rotted out and had to be replaced. Ended up having to replace the entire deck and flooring to the deck.

I thought the price was too much for the work that was done. I should have gotten a written estimate first. I had no idea it would be that expensive. They have done other work for me at my house and have done very good work. They are dependable and professional. I would get a written estimate for any work in the future.
