The leasing agents there were extremely hard to get in touch with and would take forever to respond to simple email requests. They were good if something was immediately broken in the home, but other than that, if it could wait, it did. The price was fair for the time frame I rented, but I'm not sure if that is set by the owner or the leasing agent. They seem to have a very uncaring attitude about their customers (at least the renters). I was so unhappy with their service that when it came time to purchase my first home I decided not to use them as my realtors.
