What an amateur operation!
We went into the store looking for assorted pool parts. We arrived early and there were three employees working. The manager immediately informed us that she would not be helping us as she was opening the cash register. One of the other employees proceeded to "help" us, but with every query on our part...turned to the manager for the answer to our question. This, of course, annoyed her as we were clearly disturbing her work. Rather than assist, she started to give us the run-around regarding our desired part - citing we needed the brand, make, model, etc of the system from which she could look up the part in an encyclopedia, etc. She even suggested we order online. She then handed us back to her incompetent employee who had no idea about even the simplest of pool questions, nor was he a "let's find a solution" kind of guy.
Clearly, not a store that is pursuing excellence in its service.

After Josh, the customer service rep, assured me that they serviced above ground pools, and would be happy to give me an estimate on replacing my liner that I already had purchased, they made me wait three weeks for an appointment, then called to cancel it, after I took the day off from work. They rescheduled for the following week. The day before the next appointment, they called to say I had to buy the liner from them, or else they wouldn't service it. Then they called and canceled, and rescheduled for a third time. For the third appointment, they showed up an hour early, and called to say they didn't service above ground pools. I've wasted two months with these people, springs here, and I have to start looking for a new company. I spoke to their manager, John Walsh, who admitted that they may have "a training issue".

They called the week before the scheduled appointment to remind me. They arrived on the scheduled date at about 12:30 pm even though my confirmed appointment was for between 8 am and noon. They performed the work satisfactorily in about an hour for the previously stated price.
