Selling a house is a frustrating proposition, especially when your renters do odd things like leave piles of rabbit feces in the yard. I needed someone who could do an assortment of tasks for one price. Our realtor recommended James and his crew. They completed lawn clean up (including feces removal), power washed the house, removed a rotten flower bed, pulled up rotten boards and made clean cuts on others, removed the diseased portion of an old apple tree, removed all the debris and trash left by the renters, mowed, and cleaned the gutters. James was personable and offered suggestions. The results were beyond my expectations. It's rare that I'm completely satisfied with a service. This was a great experience.

I watched from a camera and the worker didnt finish the job but I had paid for the whole job. I called the company but never got a call back. The necessary work was done but there was a bit of wheeling and dealing and I prefer above board straight cut and dry service. I was not ripped off or anything but I would not use them again as I wasn't sure of there quality of work or if it would even get done.

I hired them for lawn care and mowing. When I first called to schedule the appointment it sounded like they were smoking too much and I should have gone with my gut at that point. They came out and mowed my lawn, but after he left I looked out and saw that he cut the tops off of cherished plants in my yard. When he had finished he came in my house, and I think now it was to take my attention off of what he had done. He was unprofessional on the phone when I spoke with him and I was unhappy with service that he performed. I feel the mistake of ruining plants was so obvious and it could have easily been avoided.

I was visiting my son and wife, with a new grandbaby. I wanted to surprise my son for the holidays with a yard make-over, as he didn't have any time for months. It was overgrown, and full of leaves. I called James on Friday, and he stopped by an hour later for an estimate. We walked the yard, and I told him what I would like done. We agreed on the price, and He said he be there Monday morning. Early Monday, I received a call from him stating that due to the fog and wet yard, he would like to come in the afternoon, as the yard would look better if it was drier. He arrived at 1 with help, and spent 4 hours cutting, edging, shaping bushes, weeding and restoring order to the yard. He asked my daughter in law what she wanted done with her flower bed before working on the weeds. He left us with a beautiful yard, and I couldn't have been happier. Thanks, James for the great job!

They provided excellent consultation and planning services initially when we were deciding how to re-landscape our yard. The initial landscaping design was done very professionally but also very quickly. The owner, James, and his employees worked incredibly hard to get all jobs done in a timely manner. We received many compliments from neighbors.

The monthly upkeep has been wonderful. We don't even have to think about what needs to be done---James and his employees take care of all of that for us. While others are struggling with lawnmowers in 100 degree heat or noisy leaf blowers in the fall, we know that Lawnjevity will take care of all of that for us without any special requests. The landscaping is kept weed and leaf-free and the plants and flowers are trimmed or updated as necessary for the season. The lawn is treated as necessary to ensure that it is healthy and beautiful

James and his crew have been professional, efficient, dependable and wonderful to work with. All employees are courteous and easy to work with. They made special efforts to time work around our specific needs many times. Their design concepts were original and artistic and their monthly service is irreplaceable. Any time we have had a special request or particular service need, James has responded quickly and the job has been completed as requested without fail. They are also great at suggesting what would work best for a particular area and are mindful of budget limitations.

Our highest recommendation can be determined by the fact that we continue to use Lawnjevity Landscaping for routine monthly upkeep, and will definitely use them for any landscaping needs we have in the future.
