The work was excellent, but it did take over a week and numerous phone calls and emails to get him to come out. He tentatively scheduled 2 dates that never happened and each time we contacted him, he had to be reminded of the last conversation we had. The company was recommended for their low price and quality work, so we continued pursuing a survey date. Thankfully, we were not in a rush. Once the work was completed though, the product was exemplary! He provided numerous copies of the plat along with a laminated copy for our home records. I would definitely recommend Scartz Surveys, but only if you're not in a hurry.

I contacted Larry Scartz to help clarify my neighbor's property survey. My neighbor is considering building a fence and had the survey done for that purpose. We needed a professional opinion about this survey. If my neighbor proceeds with the plan to build the fence, we will definitely ask Larry Scartz to perform a full property survey. Larry Scartz responded to my email inquiries quickly and professionally.

He did a great job. He was there when he said he would be. The certificate was professionally done and he provided us the paperwork electronically for us to file our paperwork.

The entire process took about three weeks. From the time I called it took about a week for the survey team to show up. The survey team spent about 4 hours on my property recording distances and measuring. After they were done it took about two weeks for the firm to add various items from county records such as the utility rights of way. The final diagrams were delivered about 3 weeks from the time I initially requested the survey.

Land was surveyed and marked, per real estate purchase requirements. Received copy of plat. Had to contact company to re-do survey twice: Carport structure was missing from first drawings, then outside angled boundary line was incorrect by several feet and had to be redone. It took several weeks and phone calls to get correction work performed and/or new documentation sent to us.
