This was absolutely the most thorough eye exam I've ever had! I am thrilled with my new glasses, and can see better than I have in a few years. I've moved out of state now, but if I were still living in the Woodbridge area I would definitely go back. I highly recommend them

I was very impressed with Dr. Conness. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She gave me suggestions for my dry eyes. The office has some newer modern equipment. It was one of the best eye doctors I have ever been to. Will be coming back! I waited in the office for about 15 minutes before I was seen. Office staff were friendly and helpful.

I have been seeing Dr. Diane Conness at Lake Ridge Vision Center (now Vision One) for over 20 years.  She is very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and obviously take time to remain current with all aspects of her specialty.  The testing and refractive equipment is top of the line and the most current available, making a visit efficient and comfortable.  Dr. Conness takes the time to fully explain her findings and recommendations.  When I required cataract surgery last year, she referred me to a highly competent ophthalmologist for the procedure, and carefully monitors my slightly high pressure and the efficacy of the drops prescribed.  I have never been examined by Dr. Jablonski, but I have friends who see him, and are equally satisfied.  Recommend highly.  

It went great.  The entire staff is very professional and everyone knows their job very well.  Dr. Conness is outstanding.  I learned a lot from this eye exam.  A lot more detailed than any I've had.  Their selection of eye ware is great as well.

Have been using them for over 15 years and they provide superb service.

The exam was great although I'd like to get options over the phone as to which type of eye exam I want.  The free one uses drops.  And your vision will be blurry for 2-4 hours.  Didn't know that.  Couldn't go with that one because my son had somewhere to go.  The other one is probably better because it doesn't use drops but some type of imaging.  It costs an additional $39.  Thats good info to have when making your appt.
The exam itself was great.  No complaints.  the test was quick and the doctor explained everything perfectly.  Also, the images to show that the eyes are healthy was a huge bonus.
They have a great selection of frames available and son ended up getting a pair there.  As if it couldn't get any better, his glasses were ready the very next day.
I will be going later this month.

     In order to obtain contact lenses properly fitted with them; they told me I  had to provide them with the doctors notes and specs from my previous optical store , which I did .  Prior to that I had already given them my previous contact lenses prescription for them to use as a base line. But it was not enough. Still after all was done the contact lenses I got were not fitted to my satisfaction.

Routine glasses exam. Offices clean and staff extremely friendly. Give email and text alerts about appointments and when glasses/contacts arrive. Convenient!

The visit with the eye dr went just fine. The wait for the eyeglass/ lab technician was a little long. I called ahead to see if my glasses were ready and was also told that my eye glasses would be ready within an hour or so but when I showed up they weren't ready. They also didn't adjust them and I ended up having to go back to get my adjustments. The doctor was nice, but I feel like there could be improvements made in the wait/pick/customer service area.

The exam was thorough and the staff explained everything as we went along. At the end they told me I didn't need new glasses! They could have, but didn't. My glasses were badly scratched so I got a new pair any way. I picked out new frames which were a little too big. They were able to trim 3 mm off each lens to better fit my face. I picked up my glasses in about a week. They took their time fitting them. I had progressive lenses that were actually much better than the ones I had before. It was a good experience.

Dr. Conness is always polite and thorough and she remembers me every time I visit. My eye problems are not straight forward and she always spends the time to listen to my concerns and and explain everything to me. Even though she has seen me before, she reviews all my options in case I want to try something else or other technologies have become available since my last visit.

I received a very through eye exam. They used the latest technology equipment in examining my eyes. I was pleased that the exam not only covered how to correct my vision to 20/20 but checked for degenerative diseases and diseases due to vascular changes. The doctor explained the current health of my eyes and explained the importance of taking supplements. The entire staff was very friendly, polite and professional.

They are very thorough on the eye exams that they do. You will spend some time there. They check everything. They have all of the latest equipment. They are optometrists but I have gotten more tests done there than by an ophthalmologist. They are very thorough with my husband because he is diabetic. My insurance covers them. I read all of the reviews about how thorough they were. I can't think of anything bad about them.
