We had a new roof put on our house in April, 2011 by Lake Ridge Construction, with Dennis Roston doing the estimate & invoice. Now we are having a leakage problem with same roof and when I called THE SAME NUMBER, I was told by Dennis Roston that Lake Ridge Construction is no longer in business, but he has re-opened a "similar" business under Lake Ridge Contracting.
I was quite upset with this news, and he said he would have a worker come look at our roof and caulk if necessary. No one showed up, and when I have again called Dennis Roston, he does not return my phone calls (over past several weeks).
In the description of his business, he said he has been in business since 2002. To me that means the same, consecutive business, & I think his business should be removed from Angie's list with a negative review for anyone interested. We paid over $10,000 for our roof, & now find out there is zero warranty on a roof which was supposed to have a 10-yr. labor guarantee. We are going to have to pay to have this roof repaired, & I am thoroughly disgusted and want others to be aware of this situation.
