After 10 years of use, the door boot seal on my front loading washing machine needed replacement. I part and hired KY Home Solutions to remove the old seal and install the new one. Communicating with KY Home Solutions via texts ensure that contractor was aware of when the part was delivered to my home. Upon delivery of the part, I contacted KY to schedule the installation. The technician arrived on time and completed the job to my full satisfaction. He was respectful of my property, ensuring that my hardwood flooring was not damaged in moving the washing machine out of its niche, in order to do the job. I will definitely hire KY Home Solutions again, if necessary.
