They are on time and efficient. They do a good job of checking all of the system. They are honest--they don't try to sell you on repairs that aren't necessary.

They schedule the regular maintenance promptly and are very polite when they come out. When my furnace was having problems they came out immediately and fixed the problem and it turned out that a coil needed to be replaced, a minor fix with a small price tag, just for the part. For my spring a/c check they discovered that the air pressure was low in my air conditioner and explained very clearly what the possible causes may be, although the unit may need to be replaced sooner rather than later, there was no hard sell, the technician recommended that I wait to see how the a/c fared at the end of the summer or next spring.
