They came out right away to do an estimate. They were honest with me on the issue and the level of effort it would require. I was surprised they were able to complete the work on the weekend due to the urgency of the issue. They went above and beyond my expectations. They were professional and efficient. When the job was completed I couldn t even tell they had been in the back yard. When it was all said and done their cost was slightly lower than other estimates and they provided an outstanding level of customer service. I cannot recommend them enough and will use them in the future for any exterior work. I would also rate this business female friendly.

I have a townhouse unit that was built with downspout connected to roof next door. HOA said I had to separate. Kevin gave clear explanations for downspout replacement. Highly recommend Kevin.

Needed to fix a couple of issues with my gutters, where there was too much run off either between gutter seams or coming over the top of the gutter from several sections in the front and rear of the house. The gutters were themselves clean, no blockage. As soon as I listed the work, Kevin was quick to contact me and came out to see the gutters and provide an estimate. Other companies either sent me a generic email or never responded. By looking at the gutter system in the front and rear of the house, Kevin had two suggestions and provided a very good quote to fix. Had him come out several days later and implement both fixes. He had other options for improving my overall gutters, but stated they would not be needed now. Will definitely reach out to Kevin again if I need either gutter or roofing work.

kevin did a great job of removing the gutter as requsted. He and his man took it down in one piece and calked the scre holes in the eaves ad expected. However, he agreed to come back and haul away the gutter at a later date once i was fully satisfied that it would not need to be reinstalled. i called him twice with follow up texts asking him to come get the gutter without any response from him at all.

First rate job!

The work I had done was replacing the rotted fascia board. I was expecting the possibility of having the gutter replaced too but they carefully removed the gutter, replaced the rotted fascia then reinstalled the gutter. They were professional, worked safely and completed the job with a good clean-up. Before they left, since they did a good job, I asked about wrapping my front porch posts with PVC board. I agreed to the estimate, they came back in 2 hours and completed the job around 7PM. Yes, worked in the dark with just porch lights. Job well done.

Very efficient and professional. He used ladders rather than walking the roof which I really liked. A little expensive, but worth it when looking at the quality of the job

I originally set up (online) an appt for Kevin to come on Wed., 10/30 to give me an estimate for fixing my leaky gutters. He called me a few minutes later to ask if he can come a day before because he was going to be in my neighborhood. I said yes. He came when he said he would and looked at my gutters. Here's a little history: I had Gutter helmet install the system in 2009 and Helmet Heat in 2016. I was concerned about voiding the Gutter Helmet warranty so I originally contacted Gutter Helmet a week earlier. The lady on the phone wasn't able to set up an appt, but said someone would call me back. That's the last I heard from them. I didn't want leaky gutters to cause any damage to my house, so I had Kevin come over. He cleared the gutters and downspouts and put the Gutter Helmet system back in place. Although I voided the warranty, I feel better now that my gutters are cleared out. I live in a town home which is 2 stories in the front and 3 in the back. I paid $235. I have no way of knowing if I paid a competitive rate, but everything was done in less than an hour, so I'm a happy camper!
