I am working with family issues in a different state so my availability was very narrow. Adman gave me a quote higher than market,but he was able to do the project now. H8s team did start the job the next day. His team had 7 days to complete the job. On day 2 the declared they were finished. Upon inspection I found they had not scraped off old paint. They painted over flaking paint. They did correct the problem only after I had to bring it to the 2 on site supervisors. The team of 7 dripped painted my hedges and brick walls and fail to clean up. If you need a job done fast and it does not need detail work they are right. If you need repairs or detail work get someone else.

Keraman provided exceptional, responsive service. Ahmad Jawad Anmadi. Keraman’s owner, has an amazing depth of knowledge. He presented us with a range of options for our repair. He patiently walked us through the various options for our roof repair. All of the options he provided us were reasonably priced. Better still, Ahmad recognized the potential for further roof damage considering the weather forecast for renewed rain. Ahmad immediately repaired our roof, this in the middle of a holiday weekend. We decided to work with Ahmad and Keraman for all of the numerous repairs, remodeling, and construction projects we have pending. Thank you Ahmad for your professionalism and responsiveness.

A true roofing professional, not some pushy salesman. Worked with ease with my insurance company. There were no hidden costs or charges thrown at me on completion. Constant updates prior to the replacement concerning material arrival and insurance company communications. Workmanship and material quality were very good.. the area surrounding the work area was well protected during my roof installation, and cleaned up afterwards so you would not know they had even been there.

He is very honest and knowledgeable, but he doesn't hire the best people for all types of projects.
