Katy and crew are very efficient, polite and use high quality products. Since I had back surgery my house has been neglected other than simple cleaning. She clean a neglected stove top restoring it to new looking. I was impressed with all the rooms. I had not planned nor thought I could afford regular cleaning before Katy came, I am strongly considering monthly with her now. Diffinetly will have her again.

Katy and her crew did a great job cleaning my condo. She seemed to go the extra mile and does things that other cleaning crews I have hired in the past don't do, like wash the inside AND outside of my sliding glass windows. She was also reasonably priced. I would hire her again.

KC Cleaning Services is excellent. I was so pleased with my first cleaning. She didn't give me an estimate over the phone, she came to the house and then gave me an estimate, which I liked. KC Cleaning Services is the best and i would highly recommend them (Katy and her sister). The price is great too; it was within my budget. Katy and her sister is very friendly, hard working, very enjoyable to be around. trustworthy. A job well done.

I hired this company to clean our home when we moved out to get ready for new tenants and I question as to what, if anything, was cleaned. The house was very dirty when they were done. I asked repeatedly for them to clean the blinds, even asked at first consultation and she said it wouldn't be a problem, but nothing was done. I've called and left several messages about my unsatisfactory experience and she will not call me back or address the issues at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"Sadly there are some people who do not know what honesty is. KC Cleaning Service did everything to ensure that everything was clean but she was still not happy with the job that was done. She called us to return to her townhouse twice to retouch everything and after she was still not happy. We are able to clean her home but not make it brand new. We did everything that we could. KC Cleaning Services have recieved training in commercial and residental cleaning and as well has 13 years of experience."
