This is the second time I have used them and the second time I have had Celwin Salgado as the estimator. Both times I found him to be polite and very knowledgeable. The work was scheduled and completed quickly. The quality of the work is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services

It went great. They were able to get me in quickly and all of the repair work was done in a week like they told me it would be. Everything looked like it was new after they were done. They also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. When they realized that the new logo for the side of the bed was different they sent someone to Chevy, while I was on my way to get the truck, to get the right logo. They also buffed out some acid rain stains on the windows for me too, free of charge. Customer service was excellent and the work was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

K and W Autobody was a 'preferred provider' for the insurance company that was going to do my vehicle's repairs. I've used other auto body repair services but opted for K and W for ease of processing the insurance claim. I am glad that I used them. My representative, Andy, was extremely helpful and provided me daily updates on my vehicle's status. Received a pristine vehicle that looked great! And a few days later received a nice hand-written thank you note. That's what I call exceptional customer service. Would definitely use them again.

H and K did a positively excellent job in coordinating the insurance claim with USAA, getting the parts in a timely manner and completing the job. From the time I first spoke with them to completion of the job it was about 10 days. They were very easy to work with, kept me informed and I felt they charged a very reasonable fee for their services. The workmanship was positively excellent, you cannot tell there was any damage to the rear area of the car. The best surprise when I picked up the car, it had been pretty much detailed. The interior and exterior were spotless and the wheels and tires looked almost brand new. I would highly recommend this company and definitely would use them again.

They are probably the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I used them three times. My daughter had an accident and my car was taken there under insurance. They did an excellent job. My son ran into the back of a lady and I talked her into taking it to them and they loved the work. I backed my new car into another car and scratched my bumper and I took it to them and they did excellent, excellent work. I just tell anybody if they have any problems with auto body and want a professional auto body, excellent service. Customer service that they provide at Kand W is grand.

After a bad home job with touch up paint, they and quot;fixedand quot; the hood of our car. They were great and called us to look at the car after it came out of the booth. They notice a small dent in the hood and wanted us approve the hood before it was finished. 11 year old car looks 5 years younger now. We dropped the car off on a Saturday just before they close and the car was done in 2 days.

My Prius looks better after repair, I don't think a better job could have been done. Service Agent was Andy and right from the start his attention to detail was obvious and impressive. I really hope I never need another auto repair shop but if I do, it's unimaginable that I would go somewhere else. Please do yourself a favor and put your baby in these hands, you won't be disappointed. It's really out of the norm to receive this level of customer service these days. I've almost forgotten what good service is, but Kand W has me trying to remember if I ever had better. My week started off with my daughter hitting my neighbor's parked car, I had to take the day off to handle insurance and find a repair shop. So you can only guess how my week was going. Did a little research on State Farm's approved shops, Kand W had the best reviews from what I found. Dropped my car off a little after noon on Monday and just four and one half days later ready for pick up. The work looked great, impressive really. Thanks Andy and to the owner Jim! Chris

I contacted the company and asked when I could schedule an appointment. I took it in the next day and left the car, and picked up a rental. I received a call in the afternoon that let me know how long it would take, how much it would cost, and when I could pick it up. I picked up the car looking as good as new.

Insurance has always covered everything, minus our deductible. I think they are pretty reasonable on their prices, but I can't say for sure, because I haven't had to pay outright for any work. I also appreciated they touch up the nicks at no charge. I think they do really good, detailed work.
