The service charge for the synthetic oil change was much more reasonable than others, which is what caused me to choose this shop. But, they significantly overcharged ($56) me on the filters, which made realize that this wasn't the good deal I thought it originally appeared to be.

After changing your oil I suggested that your air filter and cabin air filter should be replaced and you agreed. Please know that they were replaced for you at our cost since we didn’t charge you labor. Most places will charge up to .50 hour of labor to replace it but here at JVA Auto Service we don’t charge labor for Angie’s list members. ¬Along with your oil change we also did a complete vehicle inspection, rotated your tires and checked the tire pressure all for the original quoted price of $54.99. So the price difference was for our cost of the 2 filters. Please don’t hesitate to call us with any questions at 571-398-2845 since we would like to earn back your trust and keep you as a valued customer. Thank you again for your business!"

This shop is truly amazing. They are extremely helpful and won't try to sell you something you don't need. They are also EXTREMELY punctual! If you are looking for a great family mechanic, COME HERE! You won't regret it.

Philippe and his team did a great job on my wife's Toyota Sienna. They replaced the air conditioning compressor and recharged the AC. A dealer nearby wanted $600 more to do the same work with the same parts. They were courteous and showed that they wanted our business. They even offered to stay late to get the job done. I will definitely go back to the next time I need work done.

This review is long overdue. I came across JVA auto services last year because of my car was stalling. I am very grateful I did come to them. Being a women it's kind of hard to find a good mechanic you trust. Well I found them!!! They took care of me and went above and beyond . It took them about week to rebuild the transmission but not only that they understood I only had one car and provided me transportation to work which decreased a lot of stressed. They are open and honest and fair and this is why I will continue to go there because they provide excellent service all the way around. Thank you Felipe and Staff!!!!!!!! IF YOU NEED QUALITY SERVICE PLEASE GO TO JVA THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU !!!

The manager is very friendly and professional, the young man that worked on my car spotted a leak that a dealership claimed to have fixed. They took the car in with no waiting, they do have a waiting area. I didn't have to wait to long, about 15 to 20 minutes. They went over ever thing they did and everything that needs to be done or will need to be done. Prices are very reasonable as well. This was a very good experience for me and will definitely plan on going back.

Had a tire go bad on interstate. Got off at next exit and JHA Auto was there. They were going to put the spared on for me but had 2 tires to fit my truck and asked if I would like them. They had a good price and I took the deal. When the tires were off they called me out to show me my rear breaks. They were shot, I could have finished my trip but I asked for a price and told them to do it. They also replaced all 3 of my wipers for free and bought my wife and I lunch from an excellent BBQ place while we waited. They were fast., reasonable and very friendly. We were in and our in about 2 hours. They also pointed out a bad seal on the front right axel that I hadn't seen.

2044 E-350 super duty utility van dual rear tires had a grinding noise so brought it in to JVA. They test drove the vehicle and diagnosed the the problem right away. Left the van with them for estimate. Estimate came in at $3400.00. I said go and repairs started. Parts took longer to come in than thought but not JVA's fault. Repairs were completed and total came to $3200.00. Nice surprise! Will recommend to friends and family!

Made appointment and dropped off vehicle. Went back at the appointed time to pick up vehicle and everything was ready. Vehicle has stopping great. No squeaks, scrapes, or grinds. Service was friendly and fast. Brought my girlfriends car in for routine service and again everything went well.
