Description of Work: The service starts out with we can pick out the tile and items we wanted but when we went to him with our ideas he kept increasing the price or saying we should buy it ourselves. The work is acceptable at best but certainly not good. I had to have them come put a diverter back on in the shower and after they "fixed it" it came off again. Not wanting to have to deal with them anymore I just had someone else do it and paid the different. Many parts of the bathroom just don't look good due to bad workmanship. Too many cut corners and cheap fixes. I will never use them again.

 + -1 moreHe did okay on the remodel and but everything cost extra. He broke a toilet when moving it and chipped the tile in the hallway. A week later realized that the toilet was broken, called him back and he stated that it was already like and nothing was done. I saw him a few weeks later at a 7/11 and he wanted to know why I was so anger when I called about the broken toilet. He is very rude.
Description of Work: Partial remodel of two bathrooms.

 + 0 moreThis was a very good experience. Franik arrived promptly to give a quote. The price was very reasonable. The work was started promptly. The work was completed in good time with the workers putting in overtime to get the roof done before rain. They left no mess. I am extremely satisfied.
Description of Work: Replaced roof. Fixed water leak over bay window and repaired water damage by removing and replacing dry wall.

Description of Work: I am very satisfied with Jobmax work. Franik and Henry had great design ideas and did an excellent job. They redesigned the master bath, removing wall, enlarging the shower and moving the toilet. In the shower tile design they worked into the design the matching granite from the vanity, it was a great added touch to bring everything together. They also installed recessed lighting in the master bedroom, replaced closet door with pocket door, installed ceiling fan, installed hardwood floors and painted. In addition to the master bedroom and bath, they redid the hall bath including tiling tub and floor, replacing vanity, adding glass doors and put hardwood in hall and down the stairs. Throughout the construction, they cleaned up each night, answered questions and addressed any issues quickly and professionally. Everything looks great. I would highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreWe are very satisfied with the quality of the the work. Henry and Franik have good design ideas and are very pleasant to work with. They show great attention to detail. They are neat, thorough, on time, courteous and friendly. They made sure I had my washing machine and dryer available over the weekend. They kept me informed of their progress every step of the way. If they had to leave to buy materials, they told me why they were leaving and gave me an estimated time of return. They have a superb work ethic. They worked through the day with only a short lunch break. They did a superb job in a short amount of time, and I found their price to be quite reasonable knowing it included the cost of materials. My husband does a lot of his own remodeling, and he, too, was quite pleased with the results. We will hire them again when we decided to update our bathrooms. We offered to be a reference for them, and we don't do that for just anyone.
Description of Work: JobMax remodeled our 15x19' mud room/utility room in six days. They built a closet for the hot water heater and well pump tank which included framing, dry walling, painting and installing an accordion style door. They also constructed a new entrance to the room which included custom built shelving, a boot bench and built in coat racks. JobMax installed custom stained baseboards and crown molding. They installed a new wash basin and back splash. They painted the entire room, ceiling and doors. They did some cement work outside the room to fix a leak we had during severe storms. They repaired the walls and installed new shelving in two small closets. Henry and Franik cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day to include sweeping the floor and stowing all job materials out of sight. JobMax assisted us in the design of the remodeling as well. They had great ideas that not only satisfied my desire for efficiency but also aesthetics.
