He did okay on the remodel and but everything cost extra. He broke a toilet when moving it and chipped the tile in the hallway. A week later realized that the toilet was broken, called him back and he stated that it was already like and nothing was done. I saw him a few weeks later at a 7/11 and he wanted to know why I was so anger when I called about the broken toilet. He is very rude.

We are very satisfied with the quality of the the work. Henry and Franik have good design ideas and are very pleasant to work with. They show great attention to detail. They are neat, thorough, on time, courteous and friendly. They made sure I had my washing machine and dryer available over the weekend. They kept me informed of their progress every step of the way. If they had to leave to buy materials, they told me why they were leaving and gave me an estimated time of return. They have a superb work ethic. They worked through the day with only a short lunch break. They did a superb job in a short amount of time, and I found their price to be quite reasonable knowing it included the cost of materials. My husband does a lot of his own remodeling, and he, too, was quite pleased with the results. We will hire them again when we decided to update our bathrooms. We offered to be a reference for them, and we don't do that for just anyone.
