HPC and his team were great!!! He and his workers were always on time, professional and hard working. This was the first major project we had done and needed guidance. HPC was extremely helpful with assisting and selecting the style of our remodel with a wealth of knowledge of design. HPC did an excellent job communicating throughout the remodel. Customer service was outstanding. Scheduling of the project was executed perfectly. No major issues and remodel was completed in less than 10 days. We had a great experience and highly recommend. Look forward to working with HPC on the next project!

Each project was completed to my satisfaction and Mr. Carter was pleasant, easy to work with and extremely customer oriented. The quality of the work was outstanding and the cost very reasonable. I am sure that Mr. Carter can provide pictures for some of these efforts if requested. I intend to continue to use HPC in the future and have recommended them to family and friends.

Heard about HPC Maintenance from my neighbor (they say word of mouth is the best advertisement) and electrician almost a year ago with excellent reviews on quality and fair prices. We just purchased a new to us but an old house with already installed ancient washer and gas dryer. Since we had our own new set with electric dryer we had two choices: either to move the unit in the basement or running a new electric line to a current unit. I called Hank, he came very promptly accommodating my crazy schedule, made a very fair estimate and was not pushy which I LOVED! We decided to run the new electric wire and save some money at that time. Now, a year later when we needed to perform two additional services, I didn't even think twice and called Hank again for help. And I am calling it HELP rather that services on purpose. I am a full time working mom, a student and a wife, so like many of you the schedule is hectic. I trusted Hank with the key for our house, they came as promised in the morning, replaced the water pipe in the basement, installed a new water line for ice making machine in the fridge and kept me in the loop with all the details via messages throughout the day. Very pleasant man, responsible and quality of work is amazing. I don't know what more you can wish for.

I found HPC Maintenance through a neighbor who had used them for an HVAC install.  My neighbor assured me that the company performed quality work at a reasonable price; however, my expectations were limited due to the fact that it was Christmas Eve.  I called the owner, Hank Carter, and explained that we were experiencing a major plumbing issue that resulted in our entire kitchen flooding.  Mr. Carter walked me through the process of locating our water shut off, and turning the water off, and advised me that he would immediately be on his way.  Approximately 20 minutes later Mr. Carter arrived, and within 30 minutes he had determined what the problem was, and had a plan for repair.  He advised me that it may be difficult to find a replacement part based on it being Christmas Eve, and stores closing early.  He indicated that he was going to see if he had the part, and assured me that he would do everything he could to get the repair completed.  While he went to secure the part, he left his assistant to clean up the water in the kitchen.  Approximately 30-40 minutes later Mr. Carter returned with the part in tow.  Within 20 minutes of his return he had made the repair, and was completing the clean up process.  I am an individual who is very difficult to impress, and I am always skeptical when hiring contractors to come in to my home because I am a single woman, so it can be mistaken that I am easily taken advantage of; however, Mr. Carter and his assistant were incredibly respectful, he kept me 100% informed of the repair and clean up process, and he went above and beyond to make the repair for me.  In addition, he did all of this with the obstacle of it being Christmas Eve.  He took time away from his family to assist me with my emergency, and then charged me almost $100 less than the price quoted to me by another contractor I had contacted in the days following Mr. Carter's work.  I will continue to use HPC Maintenance for any home repairs I have, and I am currently working with Mr. Carter to put together a plan for the remodel of my master bathroom.  Finding companies as reputable as HPC Maintenance is difficult these days, so I am fortunate that my neighbor shared his information with me.  The work is quality, the pricing is reasonable, and the company is respectable; I highly recommend their services to everyone.
