Great! The team is friendly and does their job quickly and leaves a summary of the work done. I have a maintenance contract with them and a day or so before they come the tech calls to let me know which day they are coming. It’s a nice reminder and so I also don’t look out my window and see a man walking around my yard who I don’t know!

They normally come out every quarter to treat. I wasn’t home, they just did the perimeter. They are pretty much a solid company, I wouldn’t have anything negative to say. The price could be a little bit better, especially for a long time customer.

I pay them on a quarterly basis. I’ve used them before with the old house too.

We think they are great. I am on a regular contract with them. They charge about $120 a year for the outside spraying, and the termite is extra. They come when they say they are going to come, and I don't have bugs in my house. I have compared them, and it seems like they have a reasonable price. I continue using them because it is working.

Our newer home has a pipe system that they put liquid into hand and it is distributed throughout the house. Then they spray around the perimeter the house. They are good. We have called them before inbetween our services and they came right out.

Very professional and punctual.  We subscribe to their quarterly treatment plan and it is very effective.  My wife saw ants beginning to enter our home near our garden and they took care of it.  We do not see any pests in our home, so they are obviously effective at their job.

Every person I have come in contact with at Home Team Pest Defense is courteous and knowledgeable.  They provide ample information about their service and our contract with them.  They were extremely responsive when we have called them for a pest inspection.

It went great, from the time of starting service with HomeTeam to signing the paper work and closing the deal.  The tech came out and she was great; on-time; explained the process; offer to treat more than what we originally requested for our initial service.  So far no signs of spiders, ants or wasps and would highly recommend this company.

I had a very large hornet's nest approximately 10-12 inches in diameter under the eves of the second story of my house.  The workman arrived on time treated the nest to prevent the hornets from swarming and then remove it and the residue.  I was give a guarantee that if the hornets returned, Home Team would return and resolve the problem at no additional charges.  Th hornets have not returned.

HomeTeam Pest Defense.  The house we own was built by Centex Homes.  At the time they owned the pest control company.  What Centex did at that time, I don't know if they still do, they installed something called tubes in the wall.  And what this is is a gas can be pumped into these tubes from outside to make sure you won't have any varmints getting into the walls.  Since that company has been sold off, I don't know to exactly whom, but still they come every quarter, they are very efficient and price conscious and so forth.  The last time they were here was February.  They are very competent.  They give us a call to schedule an appointment and give us a call to say they give us a window and they call us a half hour before the technician gets here to say he or she is on the way.  When they get here they are very efficient, they go about their business.  If we have any problems sometimes during the Spring or the Summer ants will start coming in from the outside, they come in and take care of that and so forth.  Their pricing is reasonable.  As far as I can tell they are excellent because we don't have any pest problems.

I keep getting a bill from them. They said that I paid for only one and not the other. I called them up and they fixed it. Then 3 months later, I get a letter from them telling me that they are going to turn this over to a collection agency if you do not pay it. I had already paid it. So, when the next year came up, I just decided that I would pay them each time the come out, rather than deal with that. Then this year they sent a letter telling me that I can pay a year in advance. They come out every three months. They do well, they call me up and let me know when they are coming and if I have any particular issues, I had crickets in the house or something, then they would work it out so I would be home, then they could come in and treat for that. They have had to do that a few times. I have been happy with the work. I think that their price is reasonable, their billing 4 years ago, I was annoyed with.

When we built our house last year, they were the contractors that came in when the house was going up.  The inserted something into the first floor so that they can pump stuff through the entire building to help with the pests.  They do the outside an inside pest control.  They have done a great job for the 5 months that they have been working for me.  They come every three months.

Hometeam comes out quarterly for pest control which involves spraying the exterior of my house and they inject chemicals into our tube system located in our walls.  Usually I'm not home when they come by to do the service but the last two times I was.  I didn't answer my door the first time when the technician arrived because I wanted to make sure i was getting what I was paying for. Besides, the company makes it a point to let you know that you don't need to be there.  The technician sprayed around the exterior of the house and cleaned any cobwebs but didn't inject the tubes ( the most important part of the service). I caught him as he was going to leave, and asked him if he did the tubes. He said he forgot and immediately did the work.  After that service I made it a point to be home when they come by and watch.  The last time the tech came out he did the service and when he was finished grabbed my hose and used it to fill up this large chemical tub in the back of his truck with my water.  I called his supervisor and he stated that sometimes the technician runs out of water to mix chemicals and has to use a customers hose.  I told him that he didn't pay the water bill and that his technician was untrustworthy.  The suprivisor was more concerned with why I never answered the door. So I explained what had occurred during the previous visit.  I told him I wanted a discount on my service and a new technician.  I never heard back from the supervisor and consequently canceled my service.  I wish I was home for the other services theres no telling what was going on. The bottom line is Hometeam can't be trusted and if you have their service you should make it a point to be home!

I am very happy with them.  They are superb.  I have a service agreement with them.  They come regularly and whenever I need anything.  I think they are ethical and very professional.  They know exactly what the problem is.  They come about two or three times a year and they come in between time if we need them.  We pay for the program and then they are always available when we want them to come.  They go over the entire house and handle anything they find.  I pay them for their visit and I'm covered until they come again.  They come instantly when we need them.  They are meticulous.  The man that manages it really knows his business.  If I find some odd little bug or something like I did it recently, I will put it in an envelope and he will send somebody down that same day.  He calls me back and tells me what it is and what to look for.  He also said if I found anymore to call them and they would come and treat but I haven't found anymore.  I think they are definitely worth it.  Their quality is superb.

I found them before I joined Angie's List.  I have used them for a little over two years.  One time, I had to call them back out because of ants, and they sprayed inside.  I really like the people who come out.  They are very nice and professional.  When I am here, they always let me know that they are here.  They make sure to ask me if I need them to do anything else.  I'm very pleased with them.

They come quarterly. I signed up with them in 2006 and started using another company, then went back to them because they are so good. I never have a problem with pests. One time I had a problem with a mouse and left a message on a Saturday. They came out Monday to take care of the mouse. Their price is a little more expensive than the other, but their service is better. They give us a heads up when they are going to be out and arrive when they say they will.

I have one particular man that I deal with. I request him. He will go all over the house. He will knock down bees nests and black widow spider webs. He takes care of all of that. He's very thorough.

They are pretty thorough.  They send us a card telling us when they are going to be there, so if we want to have an inside treatment or such stuff that comes up, we can do that.  They are always here on the day they say.  They always leave a report of what they did and what they found.  We haven’t had any issues with ants or spiders or things like that.  They have been satisfactory as far as I am concerned.  We have the same guy basically every time.  If we are here, he always chats with us so we know what's going on.  Their service was good.

They give us a little slip.  If we have any problems, we call, and they come right out.  The price is comparable.

They came over within three days to treat the ground bees. So far, seems to be alright. I have within two weeks to see how it goes and give them a call if the treatment doesn't take. The pricing is a bit high, but continue to utilize their services.

They will come any time during the year that I have a problem.  They are very prompt, very courteous and very quick; they do their service quickly and they’re on their way.
