They have done a variety of jobs for me, at multiple properties. I wish they were less expensive, but you get what you pay for. They had to shut off the water from outside to the house, cut out the section of pipe with the valve, then install the new shut off handle and pressure regulator. It was in an awkward location in my basement. They work neatly, don't dawdle or waste time, and they talk to you like an intelligent adult.

It was Easter weekend, so it probably cost more than usual. The work was done right away and in a professional manner. I would hire them again.

What a wonderful guy. Very personable and knowledgeable! I was impressed from the phone in the morning when he said he was going to be here to how quickly he finished. Hurt the wallet a bit, but I just maybe out of touch with cost points. He owns the business and gave a verbal guarantee of 1 year on his work. We had a leaky faucet in our tub,and unlike our last plumber that said we need to find the replacement cartridge since Standayne wasn't made any more. I have 4 yr old twins and treated like little people rather than little brats even when they were gettting the way. Just noted that they are curious that that age. This is going to be the first guy I call if I need work done in the future.

I WAS REALLY NOT PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE OF THE COMPANY. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED, BUT THE PRICE WAS NOT WHAT WAS QUOTED ON THE PHONE. IT WAS MUCH HIGHER.

"Sorry you were surprised at the cost difference. Your phone call asked for the price of a new main water shut off valve. Upon arrival your problem was a PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE. I'm sorry you asked for a price on the wrong valve."
