They did really poor work. When we wanted them to come out and fix the problems, they were charging more.

Hernandez Contracting, LLC did a superb job. They replaced the rotten wood with vinyl, re-sealed all affected areas and re-painted. The work was professionally done, of high quality and they even fixed a window sill for free after they spotted it. The crew was very very experienced and had a good work ethic, good manners and showed up on time. We have asked Hernandez Contracting, LLC to provide estimates for additional work we need on the house and will almost assuredly choose them to do the work. They do interior and exterior work and their website is a honest testimony to the variety of work they do as well as it's quality.
