They were exactly on time; he introduced me to his team and they began work immediately. They went into the attic to see if there was a leak first that was causing the ceiling paint to blister and to see if the sheetrock was wet. They determined that there was no leak and that the sheet rock was fine. They sanded the blistered area and "filled" it to smooth the area out then painted the ceiling and all of the walls. They also replaced the fan in the bathroom after he showed me the exposed wiring on the old fan. Once that was completed, they removed the tile and replaced it with a matching one. It was perfect. You would never know anything had been done at all.

Jorge is very nice and the crew remains the same, which makes me comfortable. The quality of work is great and they are reasonably priced.
