Hendrick Honda

The Assistant Sales Manager, Nick was short and rude upon arrival. In addition to my three work requests for which the appointment had been scheduled, Nick highly recommended two other service items which I declined. While I was removing my key from my key ring, he reached over and took my keys from my hand. After realizing what had just happened, I told him I changed my mind and requested that he remove the oil change from my work order. The oil change was the only service for which I was to be charged, the other two were a factory recall modification and a complimentary incentive for Hendrick Honda Auto Sales Customers. Without telling Nick, I thought there is no way I am overpaying for an oil change in this place to continue to receive a rude attitude that got worse when he realized I was not going to be sold any extra services. Basically, Nick lost the one sale of an oil change for the service department with his behavior. He also lost the confidence of a loyal Honda owner in Hendrick Honda over an oil change.

They are open on weekends. You can just drive in and an hour later your car is out. They don't vacuum or wash it so however your drive it in is how you get it back.

It didn't cost me anything for the inspection. All the Honda dealers, if you have a Honda car they will do inspections for free.

We've been with them for 10 years, so we obviously like them. I told them, until they stop trying to up-sell me I'm not giving anything above an average on their service. They need to stop up-selling the women, because they don't up-sell my husband. They only up-sell me. I told them for five years that I'm going to tell everyone the story until they stop doing it. They haven't stop doing it yet.

In June they charged $20.00 for an oil change. I would use them again. The best thing about them is convenience. Their turn around time is an A.

In September they charged $20.00 for an oil change. I continue to use them due to convenience. Most of the time they are very professional, the majority of the time. Generally they are good at communicating what needs done and how much it will cost. Once in a rare depending on the service representative you are dealing with some are better then others.

In February they charged $50 for tire rotation, oil change, and inspection. I would recommend them for being convenient and they have good hours. They are open on the weekends and they open early in the morning. Also, they have a good waiting area. Yes, I would use them again.

We use Hendrick Honda in Woodbridge for our cars most of the time. Last month I used them for an oil change. Yes, I would use them again. I go down there once every other month. The service was free from an oil change package. I pay for this in January and it covers 6 oil changes. In December I paid for it. We have 2 vehicles and one was prepaid one was not. For the not prepaid it was $20.00. For the prepaid it was about $100.00 for 6 oil changes. I would say they have a good waiting area, if you have to wait for your vehicle there is a large area. Genuinely speaking they are very good.

The service was the WORST. It was HORRIBLE. It began when I pulled my car into the service bay only to wait by my car for 5 min - before I was ACKNOWLEDGED for service!! I checked my car in and was instructed to wait in their lobby (...not so clean or comfortable). 1.5 HOURS LATER!!! I still had not heard anything, so I went to the counter to check on the status of my car. The cashiers told me they could not help me - go check with the agent who checked me in. I waited another 5-10 min out in the service bay for the service agent to 'go to the back' to check on things. He came back to say my car was almost done... "the hood was down." Please go wait in the wait area again. Yet ANOTHER 15-20 min later, just as i was getting ready to head to back to see the agent again!, he FINALLY returned and asked me to begin to check out with him. Oh, AND there were a few other 'recommended' repairs that should also be fixed today???? I said no! The not-so-friendly cashiers then billed me $52 for a simple oil change... with a $10 COUPON!? With keys finally in hand, I found my car parked in service lot where I had been BLOCKED IN!!! Going back into the service bay AGAIN, I waited for the agent to help me find someone to move the cars and allow me to leave. After ANOTHER 15 min!!, the cars were FINALLY moved and - following an overpriced and horribly slow serviceD simple oil change- I was free to go after 2.5+ HOURS!! Don't waste your day or $$$ for such HORRIBLE service!!

I use Hendrick Honda. A light came on that my tires were low so I went in and they checked them. I've had them not call me. I sat in their office for 2 hours one time without them calling me. Then, I had one of their salesmen begging me to buy a car. I had to call the manager and have him tell the guy not to call me anymore. But the service they do is good and quick and fast and quality work.

I first went to Hendrick Honda, when the agency that I purchased the vehicle from, told me that they were not familiar with the grinding sound that I heard, when starting the engine. They told me that they would check with a technician and get back to me. They
never did.  I then visited Hendrick Honda and met Kristi Richards. I explained the sound and she told me the following: The problem
is the starter motor and it could also be the torque convertor. WOW! Kristi was right on target. Hendrick Honda repaired the vehicle which was under warranty. Bottom Line - I now use Kendrick Honda for all my Honda needs.
