Guardian Angels Estate Sales

After our mom passed away, my sister and I were overwhelmed with taking care of her estate. Mom had so much stuff! The big estate sale companies did not want to be bothered with running our sale because she didn't have a lot of high value items. They wanted to charge us $5,000 to just empty out the house. We saw some good reviews on Guardian Angels Estate Sales and contacted Anita. This company is very aptly named. Anita and her team truly were our guardian angels! They did an amazing job with our estate sale. Anita is very knowledgeable on the value of items and establishing fair pricing. Everything was beautifully displayed and our sale was very effectively run. Instead of having to pay $5k we ended up clearing $7k. She and her team were extremely helpful and supportive and my sister and I are so glad we found them! We highly recommend them to anyone needing this service.

The organization had some highlights in terms of their staging and their proposal. But, in terms of business practice and professionalism-it was very poor. They do not involve the client in terms of critical decision making process. Including cancelling dates without notifying the client, not performing all deliverables in the contract. Very unprofessional decision making. I was sadly disappointed. I think their organization could be much better. On the last day of the sale, they did a 50% off without asking. Later, she asked if I was alright with it after she had already posted it the night before. I had no choice but to go ahead with the 50 % off since she had already posted it without my approval.
