Phillip was great.  He was very specific in going over details, computed lengths and costs / issues involved.  He was MUCH lower in price than the other roofing companies we received estimates for.   The house footprint was about 2,800 sq ft which the pitched roof was obviously larger than that.  We even had a special issue for a patio enclosure system that others would not even touch and he resolved our issue with no hesitation.  Installation to handle skylights, solar tube lighting and other vent / boots replaced.  Where we did have leaks at the patio enclosure are GONE.  His crew was great, professional and done in two days.  He even clarified that 3-tab shingles vs architectural shingles for our job was a minimal difference and only increased the job by about $200 vs 3-tab and they were totally worth it, along with the extended warranty they come with.  Phillip was professional and worked well with us on details and scheduling as best as possible with "Mother Nature".  I would absolutely use his services again and will be doing so for gutters next, and have referred him on to others too.

the work was done by subcontractors with Phil Supervising.The roofing went well but had a few issues with the gutter and leaf guard installations but didn't notice this darkening streaks starting until quite a few months later then I left for Brazil and when I returned 9 months later it was much darker and continues to get darker. I've tried everything to clean them without scrubbing or applying pressure including magic erasers because I'm scared of damaging the gutter so I don't do anything that would require scrubbing or hard pressure since I don't want to damage anything. It seems like whatever this is is penetrated ibto the finish of the gutters. The siding replacement went OK but I was skeptical about the lock issues with the new sliding glass doors when I was told that it was normal for the double lock to be stiff for a while and would become easier to open with time when every sliding glass doors I've ever had installed you could open and close the locks on a new door with little effort and just by flicking it open with my finger. But i have included a video showing that sometimes the lock will open and close OK AND other times it will break your fingers trying to open and lock it so we have to continously re-adjust the door trying to make it lock or just hope it lands right when shut so it will lock or open correctly. We leave the sliding glass doors open all the time we're home most of the time because it's too dificult and a hassle to try locking and opening the door and it has been this exact same way since it was installed. I was very concerned with this during the stallation but was told it was normal for these double lock doors. But after time dealing with this situation and thinking about it,  i had to wonder who in their right mind would buy these expensive sliding glass doors if they had to go through this for years every time you wanted to open or lock the door?

TCB did an analysis and gave me a price based on what they could see externally as well as what might be under the shingles.  When it was determined that all the plywood needed to be replaced as well, they were ready and able to complete the job because they did the square footage and knew how much FRT plywood and how much regular they would need.  I think they were a great fit and would hire them again.

Well, it started out as a simple tile replacement job around my master bathroom tub, and ended up being the whole master bath remodel, the second bath on the upper level tile floorsome work in the basement, new replacement windows, and then to top it off, we had storm damage on our roof and he (Phillip Gentry) co-ordinate with my insurance company and got my entire roof replaced and all I had to pay was my deductable!!!
I was/am amazed at how much I was able to get done, the OUTSTANDING QUALITY of their workmanship, communication throughout the entire process, and professionalism, all for a very reasonable price compared to some of the bigger companies that came out and tried to use high pressure sales tactics with me that NOBODY likes to deal with. Phillip owns and runs the company and does all the designing and estimating in person, and he KNOWS just about everything there is to know about all facets of construction. If you have a job that needs to be done , ROOFING, REPLACEMENT WINDOWS, SIDING, DECKS, KITCHENS OR BATHS, then I would definitely let TCB/Replacement Services have a chance at it. I am very particular with my home, and I felt very comfortable and confident from the very 1st consultation(which was free) all the way through to the very end.
In short, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
