Pacific Kitchen & Home sells major appliances within certain Best Buy stores, including the Best Buy in the Potomac Mills area of Woodbridge, VA.  In the process of buying an LG refrigerator, working with Arthur Young at Best Buy in the Potomac Mills store was an excellent experience.  He provided a high level of expertise, which we value greatly.  He demonstrated the refrigerators that we were considering, pulling them out so that we could take precise measurements, as we had to fit the new refrigerator into existing cabinetry.  He provided guidance on products and Pacific's extended warranty (which we purchased) that was far superior to what we found elsewhere, and he was also very patient with our selection process.  The installation process went well and we are very happy with the LG refrigerator that we bought from him.  I would recommend Arthur Young at Best Buy's Potomac Mills store to anyone shopping for an appliance.

The service was absolutely above and beyond what we were expecting. If you can get through them; they provide delivery and installation and that is what we did. I installed my dishwasher. We were just going to look and do some price comparisons. They were able to pull up on their computers the latest haves for their competitors. If we wanted this, they said that this is the price they were offering right now and this is the price their competitors are offering. I could see that the price was below that. It was impressive the way they were able to help on any misgivings I might have. We pretty much knew what we were looking for a washer-dryer. They didn’t try to push us on anything else. They made sure that we had all the information plus we got 18 months no interest since we bought it. As long as we make the payments every month they don’t charge us any interest. They contracted somebody to come out. They shipped it to us and the people who brought it in installed it. They also tested it to make sure it works. They dropped off the dryer. The guys surprised me because I thought I might have a problem. They took the washing machine and I was afraid the dryer is going to have problems. They said they could cap this and take the dryer out of here right now. It didn’t cost us a penny more and they just took care of it. They gave me a window of time and they made the window.  

IT TOOK A LONG TIME, NOT THE FAULT OF BEST BUY, FELT THERE WAS A MANUFACTURE PROBLEM. SO FAR THERE HAS BEEN NO OTHER PROBLEMS WITH IT AND HUSBAND JUST HOOKED IT UP.
