Ali and his service team led by Melvin offered excellent advises and services. Ali came out for the measurement and consultation the same day I put in the request , and took time to explain the whole process and patiently answered every questions I had. The quote he offered was very competitive. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job replacing existing wall-to-wall carpet on the second floor with hard wood and the job was completed on time as promised. His crew also did a superb job on the buffing/polishing of the existing hard wood on the entire first floor; the old floors are looking like new again. After the wood flooring work, Ali also worked with us closely picking up a custom-order carpet to replace the runner on the stairs and the old carpet in the family room, and helped us to stay within budget. The carpet job turns out great, and we also got a 3' x 11' runner out of the residual carpet free of charge. Very satisfied customers, and will definitely recommend to others.
