It was about an hour and a half. Standard, oil change and tire rotation is always the same.

They are the cheapest. The time before last, they screwed it up totally. I got it home and it was leaking in my garage. I fairly got it back in time and they had to go redo the whole thing over again so it was another hour. So I take them there because I get an alignment every time I get an oil change and so that’s why I keep going back to them for one of our cars. On their special, the price is reasonable.

Firestone frequently has a pretty good deal. For the service it's self, they are normally kind of slow but they do good work. All I have done there is oil changes and it normally takes about three to four hours. They tell me it will be ready in three hours and when I come back, it is normally ready. If they tell you how long it going to take, that is how long it takes. They are good.

Even if I schedule an appointment with Firestone for an oil change, they take the car in at the scheduled time but it can take up to two hours to get the work done. They do good work but the time it takes is too much.

I like their quality of the work. It is pretty difficult to get an appointment with them if you don’t come early in the morning. There is no pressure sales here.

I really like the service this shop provides They did all the work within an hour and they are very good at what they do. I consider them to be friendly and I will use them again in the near future for any other services I may need. They didn't charge me for the tire rotation.

Adam said that he did not have 4 tires in stock of the ones that I wanted. He said that he would give me the next higher Bridgestone tire at no additional cost and I got the 4th tire free. I asked about the $50 dollar mail in rebate coupon and he did not have it in stock. I called around and none of the other stores had the rebate coupon. I called Firestone customer service asking about rebate coupon. The next week the Store manager called and said that I could come in and get $50 refund to my credit card. Three months later I got a flat driving my daughter to school but I did not know until I got home. (6 Miles) I called Firestone after I put on spare. They said to come in to replace it as I bought the optional tire insurance. I just paid for mounting, spin balance and new tire insurance. ($33. vs $120 plus $33 for new tire)
