FILLMAN'S CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION

I was very pleased with the results.  He came out when he said he would and the job was completed.  When it came time to do  my brick edging and fix some issues with my stairs.  He used the wrong colored mortar after we discussed that I wanted to match existing mortar.  My existing mortar was a cream/tan and he used standard grey concrete mortar.  The job looks good but is the wrong color therefore it looks bad.  He told me he would fix it.  He came out a few times to see if it would cure the right color and it still is grey.  He was to come back and remove the mortar and replace with the correct color but has now gone on phone silence with me.  I can't reach him on his cell phone number and his business number is disconnected.  Do not use him.a

Terrible. Grading and compaction work OK. Poor quality of form and pour. Poor preparation and skill resulted in a slab not square and unlevel. Mis-calculation by the contractor resulted in a 2-part pour, which resulted in a cracked floor 1 year later.

I did not hire this company. He seems knowledgeable and courteous and I would of hired them if he had a legitimate license to operate.
