It went great.  Ronald was prompt, courteous and very fair.  We thought we might be in for hugely expensive garage door replacement.  We were very happy with the outcome.

A month and a half later and the door's working like a charm. The technician was super courteous, seemed very knowledgeable and took some extra time to answer some questions I had about the door that weren't related to the job I'd called about. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

I had seen the work Door Systems did on a neighbor's house and I found the work to be excellent, which prompted me to contact them. Working with Joe to coordinate the work was easy. The technician arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job, working quickly and efficiently.
I noticed within the first week following the replacement of the panel that one of the two springs that help raise/lower the door was "catching" at a certain point in the process. I contacted Joe and he sent a technician out promptly to fix it...at no additional cost to me.
I greatly appreciate the work Door Systems did for me and I would definitely hire them for future work.

Door was jammed on Sunday. Motor made a buzzing noise but the door would not go up. When I called Monday morning an appointment was set for Tuesday with an apology that they could not come sooner. I called this provider having found a label that indicated they installed the door 11 years before. I also asked about a replacement transmitter and was told they no longer carried this model. Within 10 minutes the scheduler (Caroline) called back and stated she had found an old transmitter in the store room and would put it on the truck. It might work.When Ronald arrived he listened, climbed into a space not many people could and determined that a copper wire had fallen into the drive sprocket. He pulled it out and the door worked. He then proceeded to service the door and install the new transmitter. It did work!
Well done for service with a client's need in mind and working to meet a customer need. The company provided service beyond expectations.

Summary - The company provided excellent service and I would hire them again. My garage door failed to open this morning. I was already in the market to purchase a new door due to wood rot in the center of the door. Having already priced out a replacement door with a large chain and another small local provider, I decided to also call the reference stuck on my door from the initial install - Door Systems Inc. I called the afterhours extension around 7:30am and had a call back by 8am. We scheduled a service call for 10am-noon and the tech arrived on time. He pointed several very helpful tips: the rechargeable battery on the door opener was dead, the spring was broken, I would not need to replace the door given that the wood rot was limited and not in a critical area. He replaced the spring, provided general maintenance, and reset the opener while answering all of my questions. Excellent work.

Tech showed up on time and ready to fix my door. Did a great job.
