Al Carpenter was great. He came to my house on Sunday and got my big screen working prior to the game. He was 30 minutes early, knowledgeable, and was able to fix the problem. The bulb burned out from my overhead projector and I could not remove it myself from the mount. He even left me the proper allen wrench so next time i have to replace the bulb, I won't have to call a technician.

Outstanding. They completed all the work in three days at the estimated costs. Al and his team were great to work with. They patiently answered all my questions and they quickly delivered what they promised.

One call to Al and he was out in a day or two to look at the areas involved, plan and design a system that would perform all the functions that I described to him. I gave him an approximate budget number and he came back with a detailed proposal in just a few days. He also had good suggestions on equipment capabilities that I should keep in mind for ease of use of the system and the ability to update to the latest state of the art technology. I reviewed the proposal, asked questions, made suggestions and we easily worked out a plan that stayed on budget. They came in and did a pre-wiring while the rooms were under construction and later came back at the appropriate time to mount televisions and speakers when as the build out moved along. They then returned to set up all the components and programmed every function on one easy to use remote control. They even set up all my favorite TV presets. The attention to detail throughout was outstanding and I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a great home theater and music experience in their home. All my neighbors are envious.
