Due to the incline of my back yard the job was a little more complicated and required some thought, which he knew from the begining. Ultimately, he did not measure the depth right and the pipes did not pass inspection. He did not find another solution and fix it and after months of not finishing the job. He left my back yard with open deep trenches and one corner of my house with a deep hole under the wall. I finally gave up on him ever finishing the job and found other solutions myself that cost me more money. Maybe for simple jobs he is OK, but for anything that requires more thought to find the right solution, he is definitely not the right person. He also does not have all the equipment. If he had used a scanner to find the already existing pipes, the job could have been done easier and without half of the problems that occurred.

He did the work in a day as promised and we are well underway to finishing our conversion of a walk-in closet to a laundry room on the bedroom level.

We had a pipe freeze and explode in a commercial retail unit in the middle of the night. Contee answered the emergency call at 11:00pm and was able to come out first thing in the morning, cap off the frozen pipes, and restore water to the building before the first shop opened for business. Since then, they've done extensive work in the building repairing leaks, removing and reinstalling damaged pipes, and making recommendations for repairs that will ultimately improve performance and save us money and further damage down the line. His price can't be beat; when we got our first bill for the emergency repair we thought there had been a mistake, the price was so low. I expected to pay quadruple what I paid. Contee Plumbing is now our retainer plumbing vendor for all the commercial properties this company manages.

I have used this company many times over the years. I think that they are reliable in their decision making and dependable in case of emergency. I like that they offer a lot of services and that they work with solid contractors.
