COMPUTER DOCTOR

I have used Computer Doctor for years, and they are outstanding. This is a small company, but they provide topnotch service. They don't waste your time or money. Ralph always double checks what he has done to make sure everything is working properly. I haven't found a problem that they couldn't fix.

They are wonderful. Called Thurs. 8/14/14 left message. Within an hour they called me back. After a brief discussion, I knew I was in the right place. Ralph, the IT director, arrived at my home the next day. Since I am someone who does not know a lot about computers, I click on things when I should just delete. Neither my phone conversation or Ralph made me feel and quot;how could you do such a stupid thing.and quot; I have no more pop ups or strange messages and my speed is faster. In the future I will probably do remote with them, but for the first time it was wonderful that they came to the house. I will have them check my computer once a year just to be sure everything is ok and up to date. I felt the price was very reasonable and was very pleased with their service. They have a client for life. Call them, use them, they are the best.

After finding Computer Doctor on Angie's List, I called to discuss my dilemma. The owner, Bryanna, was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the various scenarios. I was particualrly impressed that Bryanna offered all her time and info at no charge---she didn't want me to invest a lot of money in a five year-old computer. First she asked me to run a free Malwarebytes program to check for malicious items. Then she emailed me a Trend Micro diagnostic kit for uninstalling the program. When that didn't work she had me download MS Security Essentials (a free download) and run it. That did the trick! The Trend Micro program vanisned! And the entire process didn't cost me a cent.
With that kind of service and professionalism, you can bet I'll use Computer Doctor again---and recommend the company to my friends!!!

After having struggled with my computer not functioning properly for quite some time, in desperation I called the Computer Doctor who I had recently seen advertised in a couple of different places. Ralph arrived on time and I got a call ahead to say he was on his way. His appearance was very neat, he was very professional, and most of all he fixed my computer after so many months of frustration with it not working. He was thorough and explained everything to us along the way regarding what he was doing. He got our input to make sure we agreed with any changes he made to the computer. We would definitely use the Computer Doctor again.

Working with The Computer Doctor is so easy and quick. Sometimes I was able to fix the problem over the telephone by working with Bryanna. All personnel are true professionals and great to work with, either over the phone, remotely, or home visit. I thoroughly trust their judgement and expertise.

My company has been working with Computer Doctor for several years. When I was in need of a new laptop computer, I sent an email to Bryanna so that she could make a suggestion on a new system that would meet my needs.
Bryanna promptly emailed me back with specifications of a new suggested system based on my requirements and requests. Once the new computer was shipped to my office, an appointment was set with Ralph to assemble and install the system. Ralph arrived on time. He got right to work assembling my new computer system. He worked very efficiently installing the new software. Ralph went out of his way to answer my questions regarding the new operating system and its features.
I could not be happier with Computer Doctor. They have supported the computer needs of my company for years. My only advice for Ralph and Bryanna is that they better not retire before I do, or I'll be knocking on their door!
