Most unprofessional company we've ever dealt with. The company had 3 opportunities to fix our unit, failed 3 times, and they provided horrible customer service. They were downright rude and disrespectful, especially since it was their company's fault for the scheduling of technician appointments, and then their technician's Repeated failure to appear.
The dispatcher does not understand English, and did not relay conversations to the Technician. For example, for two different appointments the technician failed to show up - and No one from the company called us to inform us. We took off 2 days of work to be there, when they said they would be there, and of course nobody showed up, and nobody even notified us.
When I spoke with the owner about what his dispatcher told us (regarding our appointment time at the beginning of the day) his reply was, "I was not involved in that conversation, and do not know what was said." We told him to call his dispatcher to confirm all the details, and he said he would but it would take several hours and he would be attending to other customers needs.
When a technician arrived finally, we politely asked him to remove his shoes, or to put something over his shoes to protect our new carpet. He absolutely refused and said we don't do that.
Good luck with any dealings with this company.
