There was initial confusion regarding the time/date of service and arrangements for packaging a specialty item. Once the
crew arrived, they were great. They worked really hard and efficiently packing and loading.
The other end was another story. Once again there was confusion and very poor communication regarding when would receive our shipment. Numerous phone calls and e-mails were placed with no responses for 7-10 days. The initial date for delivery
passed without contact. When we were finally able to contact someone, we were told a different story about where out
shipment was, and a later date given.
When it finally did arrive, numerous items were damaged. We later, after final unpacking, found an item that wasn't even ours.
