Chris filled the A/C temporarily with new freon (I paid ~$500 for that) while he did a detailed cost estimate for re-running the pipes. I received the cost estimate, agreed to it and asked him to reach out to the tenant and go ahead for the repair (all of it being in writing) 3 weeks later I learned through my tenant that he did not do the work and my tenant has its A/C down again. Chris forgot to tell me that he was not in a position to repair the access. He is leaving me with no solution and no working A/C. It is very unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to use its services.

It was great. I came out and fixed everything. I always recommend him. You can not beat the price.

Chris gave us the best price on a Trane unit to fit our home's needs. He was prompt with replies to questions and gave a personal inspection estimate. His team replaced our AC and furnace system with the expertise of a seasoned professionals. Our hardwood floors were protected with cardboard and the floors in the bedroom and walkways were vacuumed when they were done. Easy to work with, friendly, without a high pressure sales pitch. No fancy colored printouts, just solid, honest work. Call Chris, he'll treat you right.

On time, friendly, courteous service. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He explained what he found and the options to repair it.

I called Chris Saturday afternoon about our A/C unit repeatedly turning off and on. He said that could have come that day, but I was too busy. He told me that he could come to my house at 8:30 am the next morning. I was in a busy and loud salon and my cell phone kept cutting out. I know this may seem irrelevant, but most people would have been annoyed and hung up the phone, Chris did not. He was calm and worked with me to schedule my appointment for the next morning. He said that he would arrive the next morning at 8:30 am.
Chris called me Sunday morning and told me that he would arrive at my home in 20-30 minutes. He was on-time, as scheduled. He was clean and was nice. He had a clean work truck. I showed him a video of what I had observed with my A/C unit. I had recorded the sound of the noise it was making. He told me he knew exectly what the issue was and quickly went to work. After going back and forth between the A/C unit and furnace, he quickly diagnosed and fixed our A/C. There was a coil replaced by the previous owners of our home and when it was installed, there was too much charge added to the unit, causing our unit to constantly turn on and off. Chris fixed our unit and it's working perfectly. 

I called the main number and Chris (the owner) picked up. He was in his truck. He was also in the area and came over within 5 minutes. He replaced the old thermostat in about 10 minutes and hung around a while to make sure everything was working correctly. The total bill was $90 and I had a coupon for $5, so he knocked off $5 which was a little more than the $4.50 the discount would have come to. He cost a lot less than a handyman's quote I had received the previous week. I couldn't be happier!
I will definitely call Chris to do my heat pump maintenance in the near future.

Overall very pleased.  Chris and Jack were very nice, quick about the work and direct with costs.  No gimics or games, felt like they took care of business and did what was necessary!  This is second time they have come out (different issue) and we will use them again.

My A/C stopped blowing in the upstairs bedrooms and eventually froze over.  Did all the usual check the filter, obstructions and all that good stuff...everything looked good.  Contacted the original company that installed the system in my new home, earliest they said they can come out was 3 days from the day I called them.  Keep in mind, this happened during 90 degree weather that week in May, and the rooms were scorching hot upstairs without AC.  Reason I called them because I thought it was still under warranty. When they said, you just surpassed your warranty, I told them don't come out then.  First call was to Chris (serviced my heat in my prior house).  
He came out the next day, diagnosed the problem pretty quick, ordered the part, fixed it, and AC has been working like a charm since.  One thing I absolutely have much respect for was that he took the time and looked over my unit and located another issue that was the fault of the original installer.  Chris actually called Zonex (maker of the system, not the provider) to ensure that what Chris was seeing was accurate; Zonex agreed with Chris's diagnosis.  Chris instructed me to call the original installer and have them come out and fix it because it should be free (if it wasn't free, I would have asked Chris to do it since I trust his work).  Called the company, they wanted to charge me $130 JUST to look at it; I stated that it's their fault, so they finally agreed to come out free of charge if Chris's diagnosis was accurate, and if not, I'd have to pay the $130...ok fair enough.  When they came out and diagnosed what Chris told me, they agreed that the person that installed it did not do it correctly! Thanks to Chris, he really saved a brand new unit and didn't cost me an arm and leg.  
I highly recommend CM King for your heating and cooling service needs if you want the job done right the first time!

Guys called ahead, arrived exactly when they said, were personable and professional.  Job was finished in about 2 hours coordinating with plumber for water heater.  I will absolutely call CM King again for help with my Trane Furnace.

The price was reasonable and they gave me some recommendations to make it run smoother.  I trusted them and what they told me was reasonable and logical. They were punctual and I will use them again.

This is the third or fourth time we've used CM King. Chris has been incredibly responsive and we  trust him to address any issue that arises with our HVAC. He only repairs what needs repairing and never tries to charge us for anything more than is absolutely necessary. I highly recommend him for any service job.

Chris is exemplary in so many ways.  I can't say I've ever met as honest of an expert tradesman in my life.  He answers and returns calls quickly, and is usually early in arriving, always meeting his estimates.  He won my loyalty about 10yrs ago.  I had called another plumber for an estimate to fix a broken and leaking outdoor faucet.  That plumber gave an estimate of $1100, and when I expressed an interest in a tankless water heater (which I'd done a lot of research on) he told me only someone stupid would install one.  Chris fixed the faucet for about $200 and installed a tankless water heater after finding the right one for the application.  When I got myself in over my head in replacing a sink, he promptly came out and only laughed with me, not at me.  He and his assistants are professional, personable and hardworking. I recommend him to anyone who needs a master HVAC/plumber who wants a fair price and excellent work.

The job was done in no time and the price was great!

He is always here when he says he will be here. He gets right to the job and takes care of things very quickly. His prices are very reasonable, and he has the right up to date equipment as far as I've seen to do the job.

My a/c is now working!

Price was very competitive, recommendations he offered and overall service were excellent. I would definitely use him again.

The company is kind of small and local. He is so honest it is not funny. I had an issue with my air conditioner last summer and he came out on a blazing hot Saturday. I did not think I would even be able to get anyone to come out because I did not have a service agreement with any company and it was on a weekend. I had left a message at 10 p.m. the night before and he called at 8 a.m. the next morning saying he was sorry that he did not call me back last night but I was doing jobs until 10 and did not get my message until that morning. He came out on a Saturday in blazing hot weather; I had never seen him before; and he got it running within a half hour. I think my charge was about $150 total which was kind of incredible. So I used him again this year to check everything out including my water heater and gas boiler just to make sure everything looked fine. He charged up my air conditioner and put Freon in; I think he charged me a total of $100. He is a small business but he is very good and responsive as far as when you call him he calls you back and he does not rake you over the coals as far as pricing. I will use him again in the future.

We had an urgent need to replace our A/C and furnace--a major expense that we had not planned to make.  Estimates from reputable companies varied significantly, even though the product being installed was the same or comparable.  CMKing is a small business which perhaps makes it possible for them to come in with a far more affordable price.  We did not feel we sacrificed quality in any way.  Chris was prompt, efficient in his work, responsive to fixing a small issue that needed adjustment the day after.  He even left his price the same when I requested an upgrade on the filter system.  I would recommend him highly .

He responded to my late afternoon call on New Year's Day (I mentioned that I do not need anyone to come out on the holiday), at 7am the next morning and came out immediately. He replaced a switch in the furnace and it was running within an hour. I also mentioned my toilet leaked and he fixed that for free. He is very professional, courteous, and clean. I recommend him highly.

He always comes very quickly and if he is in the neighborhood, he won't charge you for the service calls. His prices seem reasonable and the quality of his work is high.
