Champion Auto Glass, Inc. is a privately owned and operated business since 1993. We are licensed and insured and are a member of the BBB or the Washington Metropolitan Area. We educate each customer of the different products available so they understand the different types of quality between shops as they call around. This education will show you how we stand alone in the industry as we focus on quality and safety more than the competition. We deal with all insurance companies and can service your personal vehicle, fleet, body shop, dealership or government vehicle needs. We are among the few that also include service on sunroofs, RV's, Antiques, and high end models. You have the right to choose Champion! You do not have to deal with the company that your insurance refers you to. We match any pricing they may have, warranty they may offer and will treat you like you much more like the valued customer. We also offer free inspections of installations done by other companies to assure your safety and provide warranty repairs. Problems found include: Incorrect adhesives and primers being used. Or even worse, a lack of primers being used! Short cuts companies take put you and your passengers at risk. Don't assume until you know the steps and procedures that are involved in an installation. We will show or tell you what to expect and watch for. Ask about our Angie's List discount. From Ian and Heidi handling the phone calls to Corey and Travis doing the work everything went flawlessly . Ian in his crews never fail to amaze me .From the initial phone call for an estimate to cleaning up after the job is completed everything is perfect I highly recommend champion auto glass for all of your windshield repairs or replacement

I called Champion that morning and they came early afternoon, Of course, we were expecting some spring rain that day and I was unable to completely protect the car from the downpour. They came right to our driveway (on time) and fixed the problem. That was a big relief. The window was repaired taking around an hour. The repair was made before the expected rainfall arrived that evening. They also, did a good job of cleaning the broken glass up from both the inside of the car and the driveway area. The rear window was as good as new! Fall 2016 notation: About 6 months after the replacement of the rear window, the seal became loose and began to release the glass. I first noticed a thumping sound coming from the window when I closed the car door, After confirming the window was indeed loose, I called Champion to let them know about the problem. They again came the same day, and repaired the seal. They were surprised that the seal had broken, but made the repair free of charge. (9/29/2017 no problems since then),

The owner Ian was extremely helpful, and the price he provided for the windshield I received was more than generous! The installers he sent to replace my windshield, David and Travis, were highly professional and did an excellent job replacing my glass. I am, and was extremely happy with the service, and am reminded of that every time I go down the road. It was the best customer service I have had in a long time, which can be rare these days. I generally don't trust auto service providers, but Champion Auto Glass is a keeper. Thank you again and again, Champion Auto Glass!

Excellent customer service, quality workmanship, competitive prices. Every person we spoke with at Champion was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, helpful, and friendly. They walk the walk when it comes to customer service. We were given thorough information about options and pricing. They came to DC to do the work. The windshield was replaced three weeks ago and it's perfect. This is an A+ company. I highly recommend them.

I spoke with Ian, the owner at 9 AM and by 3:00 that same afternoon, I had a new window, and they came to me! David, the gentleman who came to install the glass, even called me to let me know he was on the way. He was very personable and professional. The client service was outstanding and my car looks great! Working with such a great team definitely made a bad situation so much better! I highly recommend Champion Auto Glass!

This review is to commend the excellent service I received at Champion Auto Glass. I Called yesterday and spoke to Ian about having my rear glass replaced on my 1989 Dodge pickup. After some initial confusion with regards to a coupon I purchased on Angie’s list, my issues were resolved and I scheduled to have the glass replaced the following day (today 1/11/17). I received a phone call this morning informing me as to the time frame the technician would be arriving at home and they arrived very promptly within the time frame and quickly got to work replacing the glass. I was very pleased with the workmanship and the courteous attitude of the repairmen. The removed all of the broken glass (even though I said not to worry) and placed the new glass very quickly. Needless to say, I am VERY PLEASED with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a glass replacement and in fact I plan to used them again to replace another broken glass I have on my vehicle in the near future. Champion Glass is my new “go to” for auto glass replacements and I would recommend them to anyone I know needing their windshield or other auto glass replaced. A+ company

Great. They came to my house within a couple of days and replaced my windshield. During the process, the installer noted some issues with my previous windshield installation from Safelite, where shortcuts were taken. I was very happy with the professionalism and high quality work from a local business. I have already recommended Champion to my neighbors.

Excellent job, couldn't be happier, quality work with a quality product. No cheap Chinese glass, PPG glass used . The technician arrived on time and had the job was completed in around an hour.

I needed my windshield replaced as it had a smallish crack and didn't pass safety. These guys were able to come out super quick and replaced the whole dang thing, including the EZPASS and county stickers in no time. The glass looks super good and I couldn't be happier with their service and price.

Excellent. I began communication via Angie's List and transitioned to phone. My windshield cracked during the snow storm this year and I obtained a quote directly through the companies website. While the quote was outdated, the owner ended up calling me back, setting up the appointment, honored the outdated quote, and even let me throw in the Angie's list special. It was raining the day of the install so they agreed to meet me at a secondary location where they could still perform the install out of the weather. The tech who came was very polite, handled the job professionally and cleaned up everything before he left. I mean, its a window install, not a house rebuild but I'm absolutely sure there are many things that could go wrong. I am VERY IMPRESSED with the entire process from A-Z. I will use them again and recommend to anyone needed a glass replacement.
