The first time I ever used them I was referred by a service station. It is a little hard getting an appointment, especially if you have not had business in the past since they are so good. The communication is excellent and they know what they are doing. They are very knowledgeable. They do not charge you for things you do not need.

First that they were referred by a service station they are not associated with, second that are good people. They are down to earth, they do not talk down to you but with you.

Caton's is great in terms of honesty, quality of service and price. I have a vehicle 10+ years old w/ 180K miles so parts are starting to wear out. Caton's team always let me know what are my priority fixes and will work with me to get repairs done over time as needed. Not only that, they will let me know what items are not worth fixing due to cost of labor and parts. They advised me that my vehicle is in good shape for it's age because of routine service and immediate address of issues. Would recommend them highly!

Called to learn results, told needed left battery terminal holder (?) But Mitsubishi only sold in pairs for $275. Caton instead found replacement and did not charge for services.

Friends highly recommended Caton's and their recommendation was spot on. Since the first visit detail above, we have had a couple more repairs on other cars performed with Caton's and we have been very pleased with the service and results.

I've been a customer for more than 2 years and have been extremely satisfied with the service, professionalism, and courtesy as well as the cleanliness of the establishment and the great people who work there.
I have a 2011 Lexus RX 350 that had the right brake light out so while I was at the dealer for another issue I asked them to check to rear brake light. After not making the agreed upon time line, I finally call and ask the status of the vehicle. I was told the cost to fix the brake light would be $535 because "its an LED light". I was shocked and told them I would need a second opinion.
Called Cantons explained the situation and to set up an appointment in the next 2 days. 
The gentleman said he would do a little research and get back to me with what he found the next day.  True to his word, I got the call from him stating that it did sound correct and he could order the part and fix the issue, but he would like to first look at the car himself.  
I dropped the car off at 0800 check on it at 0930 and was told he was still looking at but would know something by 1030.  I arrived around 1115 the car was ready and all that was need was to solder a few wires....  They saved me up to $535 because of their honesty and thoroughness.
I highly recommend them.

Job well done.

A bit expensive compared to other at first look, but the quality and professionalism are exceptional.  I have been there several time and will continue.
