The work they did was excellent and they were very professional. Jose explained in detail everything he was going to do before he did it and the pricing was reasonable. He will work with you to get the job done efficiently and effectively. I will be using him for any work I need done in the future and I recommend Blanco Construction to anyone who needs any handywork done.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Blanco Construction as there were some issues with the quality of work that they had done in my home. I had a leak coming into a room, and they were able to quote me at a completely fair and honest price. They replaced old gutters, old roofing for that section of the house, and added flashing to prevent water from entering into that space. The following week, I experienced a small leak in the same areas following a rainstorm. I reached out to them on 3 separate occasions to return, but they ultimately never came to take a look at the leak after promising to do so. The project was completed in September, and my last outreach was in mid-October. I ultimately investigated their work and found areas without protective flashing (exactly in locations where the leak was coming into the house), and some of the gutter apron flashing was installed improperly, (behind the gutter rather than over it for water mitigation). I now have had to pay a separate contractor to come and add flashing to the spaces where the leaks were coming from, and now I have to fix the water damage in the interior of the house. The pictures show the latest round of water damage after a full night of heavy storming. Pictures attached also show leak areas where there was no flashing and wet roofing underlayment/wood. As a side note, one of their employees dinged my truck as well and did not tell me about it. Only found out from my wife as she saw it happened to see it while I was working from home. Pros: We are quick to respond with a timeline, licensed and insured, we are able to complete the project within the timeline. Cons: Disappeared after they completed the project. Lack of proper water mitigation in the flashing area. Backing into the truck and not apologizing for dent.

10/19/20 We established a time to conduct a walkthrough and get an estimate a day or two before the proposed meet up. I texted my address 1/2 hour before heading to the property, as agreed. He called and said I sent the address too late. He said he was 48 minutes away and questioned whether or not I was wasting his time. I tried to salvage the appointment and, after waiting over an hour, he did not arrive. I called and got his voicemail but no return call or text. I texted him to cancel the estimate.

They built retaining walls for my flower bed ( concrete and wood). They were very efficient and did a great job. Other than taking their lunch break, they worked the whole 8 hours. Very professional and courteous. I would absolutely use them again.

The project was to replace a 6x6 outside wooden enclosure, which was 4 feet long by 2 feet wide, around the outside generator. This was not an easy project and took about 1-2hours to complete and involved rebar reinforcement. What a fantastic job they did. Additionally, he fixed a bannister (inside the house)) that was loose. Jose (the owner) quoted a price of $50.00 but it only took him less than 5 minutes to fix the bannister. Jose did not charge me the $50.00 and his motto was customer satisfaction. In this day & age that's extremely rare. In the future I plan to utilize his expertise for all home improvement services.

Blanco Construction are very professional,kind,courteous & cost-effective. They came in did their worked an clean up each day. They completed the job quick n accurately. I will hire them to do other projects in my home. I am impressed with there work skills and ethics.

Mr. Blanco came on time to my place and did a great job. He went inside the attic with that scorching hot day and cleaned up the water collected by the Heat/AC system. He cleaned up the pipe blocked by dirt and gave the water access to the outside of the house. I will definitely hire him once again in the feature .

Blanco s customer service and work are to be commended for the professionalism by a top notch contractor. I have been looking for a contractor that do what they say they can do and you actually give a testimony of great work. I would highly recommend them and I will be using them for future projects. Great work! Very professional. Did the job well and removed all debris afterwards. I had them do several different things around the house and they were very knowledgeable.

They just finished taking our old gravel driveway and turned it into a beautiful concrete one. They were on time for estimate and work which is very important.The area was large and they had it done in two days. one day to remove old gravel/prep and the other to pour concrete. We ended up spending more than we originally thought just because we needed a trench near the detached garage so water did not go in. They were professional and easy to speak with and we will probably have other work done by them down the road.

They were careful in redoing the installing my microwave cause it was put in wrong the air blew into the kitchen and not outside like it was supposed to do. They were very nice gentlemen and polite.
