A very smooth and easy experience.

I called to make an appointment and inquire about price on a recommendation from a neighbor. The price was reasonable so I scheduled the work. They showed up on time and did a fine job to my experienced eye. A family owned operation usually provides superior service and this was no exception. They treated the entire exterior perimeter of my garage. The inside was not done because of the special construction of the concrete slab.

Approximately 6 weeks later I was cleaning out the interior of the garage and I noticed a termite trail up the inside wall. I immediately called Blake's and scheduled an appointment fully expecting to pay as this was on the inside and only happened because of a crack in the foundation wall. I was not aware of the crack prior to this.

Again they showed up on time, drilled the foundation floor and did the treatment. HOWEVER, they would not take my money. They considered it  a warranty issue. I was extremely impressed and I have no doubt that you will be also.

It was a very good experience. I like them a lot, family owned company, not pushy just very conscientiousness, very thorough. I think it was just only one guy, but he was very professional. We actually had him do our house and rental property on top of it because we liked him so much. I would use them in the future and they are the first people we will call.

I left a phone message late Thursday night to schedule an appointment ASAP due to the appearance of ants. Received a call from Mark Blake early Friday morning explaining that they could not fit me in until Monday morning. The technician called before he arrived and showed up slightly ahead of the scheduled time which was very helpful for me. Technician asked me to point out the areas where we had seen ants and applied bait in those areas. He then sprayed throughout the house and around the exterior perimeter. All steps of the process were explained to me as he went along. I was to call back within 10 days if we saw anymore ants and Blake's would come out and re-treat our house at no additional cost. We have used Blake's for approxamitaley eight years and I know that they stand behind their work. We have only had to call back one or two times. Pricing is more than fair and they do not try to sell you needless packages or service plans. Blake's is always very professional from the initial call to service and follow up. Their results in eliminating any problem we have had are outstanding.

We had a very persistent sugar ant problem in our house. We get them almost every year, but can often take care of them with household products. This year, they resisted every effort and product we tried. We even had them in places we had never seen them before. We contacted Blake's Pest Control because they came highly recommended from a friend. Gary Blake came out that day to evaluate and treat the problem. He treated everywhere we had seen an ant, and explained that the products he used would not hurt our children or our pets.
He asked us to call back in 10 days (the areas could not be re-treated until then) if we continued to have problems. We saw no ants for the first 6 or 7 days, but then we began to see a few returning. We called back, and on day 10, another employee came out and re-treated. We haven't seen any ants since.
We highly recommend Blake's Pest Control. They are a family business and have been in the area for many years. They were prompt, friendly, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

They are the most professional in the area and were familiar with the needs of our area.

It is just him in the business. He is always very thorough, and the work is accurate; I think it is good value. The price for tax preparation is about $150. I have not compared his prices to others, but I am happy with his prices. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.

I am very happy with them, they are really good. They come when they say they will and are always on time. Even though they have not sprayed or done any work, they are great and I would definitely recommend them. I will continue working with them.
