The prices are just as good. The way their operation works is just great. It is not fantastic but it is way better than the other 3 places. I have gone to the other place and stood there for 20 minutes looking for somebody. I had them paged somebody and that was another 20 minutes. It is impossible to get somebody to help me and when they get somebody there, their mind is somewhere else and they are in a big hurry. With the BJ's people they are really friendly. I have this one vehicle that is attracted to running over nails so my wife just drives it by to them. They patch it and they don't charge her a penny. Even if they don't have an entry in their register, they say don't worry about it. If you realize these guys work hard for living and their appearance is not offsetting. They are a little rough around the edges working. The way they operate; they get things done quickly. They work with me. They treated my wife very well. They didn't try to tell her something that she didn't need. I got in and decided on what tires I needed and the guy actually talked me down to a tire that was less expensive. They get my loyalty for that kind of service. I love them. They look like people somebody I wouldn't trust with a buck but you can't judge a book by its cover. They really are good people. They work very hard and apparently they get lot of work done very fast. I had a plug put-in in one of those tires and they didn't even charge us. Ironically, those guys are also responsible for the propane gas for my grill. They are fantastic and super for that too. I always go there because it is a little more expensive somewhere else. They are just consistent and excellent. When I went there the first time, this scraggly looking guy with greasy hair came up to the counter. His English was not that good. It was not really professional so I immediately had a negative viewpoint on him and that was my first impression. The more I got to know him, the more I came to appreciate the fact the he had a lot more going for him than a nice smiling guy. They really work hard to satisfy their customers. It is just 2 guys there and both of them are scruffy. It is what it is and they are very good. In terms of professionalism, 90 percent below the surface makes up for the 10 percent above the surface.
