Horrible, had to take my mower in twice since they did not repair it the first time. Each time the mower was in they had it for a month, and then they charged me for labor the second time even theough they didn't repair it the first time. Picked up first time after 4 weeks and when I got it home and it still would not start. Took it back in and picked up again after another month (and many phone calls). Frank stated he was having a hard time getting parts. This time it started, but Frank still charged me again (for labor) even though he didn't do the job correctly the first time.

I had the mower prepped for storage by another company. When I added gas to it, it drained everywhere. I took it into K&D and Frank diagnosed the problem right in the parking lot. He found some extra parts in his spares inventory, so he was able to save me some money. The mower is now running great.
