Service was good. Price was fixed due to being covered under home warranty. Initial appointment was scheduled for 4 days after I called, but they managed to squeeze me in for same day service.

A/C quit working and problem was electrical coil bad in outside unit

The AC unit was leaking water because the drain pipe was clogged/tangled. To remedy the problem, they unclogged a small external drain pipe for $195!!! Doctors don't even make this kind of money and they save lives.
