One of the most incompetent repair experiences I?ve ever had. The techs arrived, stood in front of my fridge, and appeared to be googling how to fix the ice maker. Without any real inspection or testing, they immediately claimed I needed replacement parts. I mentioned I had done a manual reset and it worked briefly?only then did they bother to take a second look. They guessed it might be the filter, but one tech couldn?t figure out how to remove it and asked me to do it. I removed and reinstalled it, and after they opened the control panel (though it didn?t seem like they adjusted anything), the water started working. No parts were used, yet they charged $150 instead of the quoted $79.99, plus a 6% credit card fee. Total: $159. I genuinely don?t understand how this company is Angi-approved. Avoid them.

"Dear Matt, Thank you for your feedback. When our technicians arrived, your refrigerator was completely nonfunctional. With complex appliances, we always inspect carefully and confirm part prices online to ensure accurate estimates. Regarding the filter, since each model is different and you had recently changed it, the technician asked for your assistance to avoid damage. We then found debris blocking the water line, showed it to you, and after cleaning and recommending a new filter, the water and ice maker began working again. We also informed you that the LED panel may still need replacement. Our standard service charge is $189.99, but we only charged you $150 since the issue was just debris blockage and a small valve replacement. Because the work was minor, we reduced the fee, waived the 4% credit card charge, and the technician also discounted $40 from labor without charging you for any parts. We always aim to provide honest, thorough service, and I?m sorry this experience didn?t meet your expectations. Your feedback will help us improve our communication going forward. Sincerely,"
