I hired Aman through HomeAdvisor to fix a leaking ice maker leakage that was back in March and was an easy fix and he charged me $100 and appreciated his service, so when my stove stopped working, I contacted him directly and he he showed up and told me I need a new control panel. I believed him and payed $250 as down payment, as to pay another $250 after he orders the part and install it, but the stove worked again and told him I need to cancel but was surprised he reimbursed me only $80 after going back and forth with him. The thing is he not only ripped me off, the stove has been working just fine for three month now . I think I had some power issues in the house that caused the stove not to be responding maybe. So in nutshell, heâ s being dishonest. I wouldnâ t hire him again ever . I dare him to say non of what I said not true

A++++ for INTEGRITY.  Without a doubt, in my book this company is honest and there integrity is top shelf.  To make a long story short, our 2009 Whirlpool Duet Washer stopped.  I call Appliance and AC Services who came that same day.  He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, we waited, he came back, put the part in and it worked for 1/2 a cycle and stopped.  We went through the same process again and when he put the next new part in, it did not work at all.  He looked around the machine again and called his supervisor.  After a while he came back in and said I do not know what is wrong and we cannot fix this machine.  He took the new part out, apologized, and said we would get a refund for everything except the first visit.
YES, we are VERY UPSET that after about a month, it still was not working.  But absolutely SPEECHLESS when he said we would get a refund.  As Promised, we did get the refund mailed to us.
So, I guess we would have to give them a series of grades.  For Effort about a B, For Results a flat F, but for integrity A++++

Multiple phone calls with no response. I asked for a manager and was given the name Frank Johnson. He never rescheduled my repair. Totally unprofessional and useless.

The fridge started leaking pretty late--by the time we realized we couldn't do anything about it ourselves it was close to 11pm.  We called a number of companies--this was the first one that answered.  My husband talked to the technician who said it sounded like the ice maker was broken and that we should just turn off the main water valve until the next day.  Someone from the company came the next day during the two hour window, and determined that the problem was indeed the icemaker.  It's an old fridge, and he suggested just taking the icemaker out, rather than trying to fix it as it would likely break again.
