Appliance Repair
Incorrectly diagnosed the problem with the stove. Tried to fix what they thought was wrong with the stove. Took two visits and ultimately gave up. Sears repair guys fixed it with no problem.

Appliance Repair
The technician was polite and mostly cleaned his work space once he was finished with his job. However, I was upset that he took the entire dishwasher apart before looking at all the parts involved in what was tripping the error code. I took the time to explain what the problem was and showed him the error. I explained that we had looked up the error code and what it meant.
I was upset that no one called me and that it took two weeks to get a hose installed. I was bothered by the lack of responsiveness from the company. I was most upset though by the noise my dishwasher made after the technician had taken my dishwasher apart and put it back together again.
