We owned a rental property that we had decided to sell. During the buyer's inspection, 3 outlets were found with reversed polarity. The buyer requested that they be "fixed" by a licensed electrician. Actually, I was quite capable of correcting the problem and even replacing the old outlets with new CO/ALR ones myself, but the buyer wanted a licensed electrician to do so. I contacted Anderson Electrical and spoke with Lafayette and explained the circumstances. I explained that I lived nearby and was flexible about the exact timing, and that the property in question was near their own offices. We agreed on a price and a time. Lafayette called me in advance of the originally scheduled time and apologized that he had been delayed on another job and wouldn't be able to make the appointment. We rescheduled and Lafayette was on time and replaced the items. He pointed out that the old outlets were okay, but just needed the wiring switched. But since he had brought new ones, I let him switch them out. He was quick, tested his work, cleaned up, and generally did all that was requested. He provided an invoice/receipt of work done and the house was sold. I'd use Anderson Electrical Services again if I needed electrical work.

He came the same day that I had called. He told me he would be here within an hour and was on time. He replaced the electrical stuff and made sure he cleaned up. When I asked him for some others jobs he told me that he could do those as well. I would use them again in the future.
