"We are very surprised to see a negative review from this repeat customer and a bit disturbed by its inaccuracy. Mr. Imran [Member Name Removed] and his wife were so happy with Amperia's services that they called us three times to come out and perform electrical work, each time requesting and receiving a discount. The fourth time Mr. [Member Name Removed] called, he requested a 65% discount on a large basement electrical renovation. We were not able to offer Mr. [Member Name Removed] such a large discount due to the complexity of the job and cost of materials, despite his numerous requests to do so. Since Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not approve the estimate, work was not performed. We can only imagine that Mr. [Member Name Removed] was displeased with the fact that we were not able to accommodate his limited budget during our last visit and decided to vent his frustration by posting a misleading review of our company. While we regret that we were unable to satisfy Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s demands to significantly lower the cost of the project, we are proud to stand by our conviction to never compromise the quality of our services.
